BIO!

Hey, I’m Kat — your MomStrong Reset Coach.

I didn’t get here because of “good genetics.”

When I was 7, I was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia — and after beating it, my family’s cheesy motto “I have CAN-cer, not DONT-cer” became the foundation of my entire fitness journey.

Once I was cleared, I threw myself into everything — volleyball, swim, track, dance — because I was so grateful just to move. In 2007, I ran my first marathon, got certified to teach kickboxing, and that snowballed into personal training, coaching, and eventually competing in NPC Bikini for 5 years.

I went from Cancer Survivor → Competitor, using my story to empower others to take charge of their bodies and their health.

But becoming a mom changed everything.

Suddenly consistency, energy, and “sticking to the plan” looked completely different. I realized the fitness world wasn’t built for moms — it expected us to train, eat, and recover like people with zero chaos, zero fatigue, and unlimited time. (LOL.)

So now?

I help moms rebuild their strength, confidence, and identity — in a way that actually works with mom-life, not against it.

I blend my background in personal training, Pilates, nutrition, and women’s fitness with real-life mom practicality, pelvic-floor awareness, and a whole lot of compassion.

I LOVE helping moms feel strong in their bodies again — inside and out — without restriction, burnout, or “starting over Monday.”
